1. Service Description

Sixi AI is an automated security assessment platform that red-teams AI-powered agents across multiple threat frameworks. The service sends adversarial inputs to target systems you designate and evaluates responses for security vulnerabilities.

2. Authorization and Scope

By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have explicit authorization to perform security testing on any target endpoint you configure.
• You own, operate, or have written permission from the owner of the target system.
• You will not use this service to attack systems without authorization, which may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (US), Computer Misuse Act (UK), or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Test systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test.
• Use scan results to exploit vulnerabilities in production systems maliciously.
• Attempt to circumvent platform quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• Redistribute or sell attack payloads, techniques, or scan reports generated by the platform.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Sixi AI uses large language models to generate attack payloads, evaluate responses, and produce reports. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate. You must independently verify all findings before taking action. We do not guarantee that the platform will identify all vulnerabilities, nor that identified vulnerabilities are exploitable in practice.

5. EU AI Act Classification

Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), Sixi AI is classified as a minimal-risk AI system. It is not listed in Annex III high-risk categories and does not perform biometric identification, law enforcement, or employment decisions. The platform is a security testing tool that helps organizations comply with Articles 9 (risk management) and 15 (robustness against adversarial attacks) of the AI Act.

7. Free Tier

The free tier includes 2 scans per connector type (REST, MCP, A2A). Free-tier usage is subject to the same terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sixi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from actions taken based on scan findings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
